The mechanism of action of these substances consists in its influence on interface phenomena at the expanse of realization of the specific of interactions at the interphase. This is confirmed by infra-red spectroscopy. At the first time the possibility of clear realization of specific fiber-formation phenomenon for PP?CPA compatibilized mixtures with PP/CPA ratios corresponding to the phase inversion has been shown. This is explained by improving of PP and CPA compatibility in presence of compatibilizator which decreases the interphacial tension. The silicone liquids are the most effective compatibilizators, as its introduction from 0,1 to 1,0 wt % ensures the primary forming continuous PP microfibers. There are the following peculiarities of supermolecular and microstructure structure ofmicrofibers which are obtained by the processing of polymer mixture melts: orientation of macromolecules even at the free flowing of the melt; combination of the spherolitic and fibrilar structure at the absence of longitudinal deformation; irregularities of the fiber diameter on fiber length, as a result of incomplete fracture of the liquid streams accordingly to wave mechanism; the sharp inversion of infra-red dihroism of some strips of spectrum as a result of fiber longitudinal deformation. It has been shown that PP microfibers are alternative to cotton. The complex threads from PP microfibers have high hydrophylity, strength, stability to friction. The batch of PP microfibers has been produced on "Kievkhimvolokno" enterprise. The mixed yarn with viscose fibers was produced. This yarn can be used for production of fabrics and knitted wears with high hygienic properties. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
