The purpose of the work - investigation and optimization of optical and electrical properties of heterocompositions based on III-V compounds with zero-dimensional structures obtained by the method of pulse cooling of saturated solution-melt for increasing the efficiency of solar and heat radiation conversion. The method of investigations - theoretical and experimental analysis of photoelectric properties. The experimental sample (model) of the modular solar photoelectric power installation with independent Solar tracking system based on heterostructural elements and solar radiation concentrators which provides efficiency more than 20% for concentrated solar radiation conversion was fabricated. There are no domestic semiconductor photoelectric converters based on III-V compounds with quantum dots. Foreign samples exist only in experimental laboratories. Heterocompositions based on III-V compounds with zero-dimensional structures could be used for creation highly efficient photoelectric converters of solar and heat radiation which, in turn, could be utilized for providing electric energy for extraterrestrial objects, remote military and civilian objects both in Ukraine and abroad. In addition, due to application of relatively simple production equipment, in spite of increased efficiency, the cost of solar cells with quantum dots will not exceed essentially the cost of ordinary cells during series production.
