The influence of the biquadratic interaction and various relativistic interactions (single-ion anisotropy, magnetodipolar and magnetoelastic interactions) on the formation of the both, the spatially homogeneous, and the inhomogeneous states of various quantum magnets were elucidated. The phase diagrams of the investigated systems were built. The conditions of the "spin-liquid" state realization are investigated as a function of a spin value of a magnetically active ion.
