Aim of the work - to develop the methodological basis for environmental-economical assuming of forest resources and market management model. Methods of the research - expert estimation, economical-mathematical modeling, general methods of analysis, synthesis, system approach and the analysis of managed object condition with implementing of mathematical-statistical analysis of forest inventory data for forest fund of the Ukraine. The results of conducted researches - the market oriented tools for forest policy, in particular the system of criteria and indicators of forest management on the basis of sustainable development have been formed. It is done the estimation of total biological productivity of forest stands of main forest formed species of the Ukraine on the basis of developed mathematical models for main phytomass components and forest inventory database "Forest Fund of Ukraine" PU "Ukrderzlisproekt". It is developed the norms for evaluation of quality characteristics of tree aboveground phytomass, mass for components of tree aboveground phytomass and modal forests of main forest forming species in Ukraine. The structure of science database "Phytomass of Forests of Ukraine" has been designed and procedures for common usage and access rights for different users groups have been established.
