The aim of the research -to estimate existing methods and to develop new methods of diagnostics for bovine tuberculosis, to learn evolution of tension epizootic process in the countries of world and epizootological description of bovine tuberculosis in Ukraine, to define the features of epizootic process of tuberculosis, to defelop the system of rise of efficiency of protitoubercouloznih measures. Methods of the research - epizootological allergic, haematologic hystorical-statistiocal, clinical, patologoanatomical. Scientific novelty of work: Comparative estimation of intracutaneus intravenous and intraabdominic tuberculosis tests and photogistochemical method of vital diagnostics of bovine tuberculosis. Vaccine against tuberculosis have been constructed and approved with a positive effect. The intraabdominical method of tuberculosis test was developed and approved al the first time in veterinary practice which allows more objectively to estimate an epizootic situation and conduct vital tubercular infection. The offered system of antituberculosis measures with the use of intraabdominical tuberculosis test allows to expose the unstated by an intracutaneus test sources of exciter of infection and accelerate making of unhappy herds healthy.
