The dependence of inclinations amplitude on lithosphere restoring coefficients has been found. The analysis of tests data which have been obtained in synchronism by means of tiltmeter and laser deformographs lets to make the conclusion about quality correspondence of temporal lines in data, obtained by means of these equipment. Additional lithosphere deformations and inclinations caused by the seishes of the Black Sea in linear positioning are proportional with seishes amplitude. Comparison of lithosphere deformations and inclinations estimated on base of approximate mathematical model with the data of tiltmeter obtained in the tests lets to estimate approximately the Black Sea seishes amplitude.
