The program complex of calculation and the analysis of EPS transients and stability, in which the modified models of thermal and nuclear power stations, and model microprocessor automatics of liquidation of an asynchronous state are realized, is developed. The technique of identification of mistakes in information on topology of an electric network, which significally deform results of EPS state estimation for the first time is offered and realized. The technique is based on departing mistakes of topology from errors of telemeasurements. The model of an overhead of a high and ultrahigh voltage (330-750kV), which takes into account losses on crown.The developed techniques and models are realized in structure of program complexes of industrial purpose. Program complexes for calculations of fault states and relay protection settings are introduced and constantly used in National energy company "Укренерго" and regional EPS of Ukraine, in Russia and Kazakhstan. The Program complex "КОСМОС" for operative calculations of EPS states is introduced in Central EPS of "Укренерго", in Central and regional dispatching centers of Russia.
