It was found the colored noises are the reason of realization of reverse phase transitions with increase in time of autocorrelation of fluctuations and system's parameters. It is shown the cross-correlation of both additive and multiplicative noises are the reason of realization of phase transition with metastable phase and reorientation transitions. The applying of developed kinetic equation method ' allowed to described of reconstruction of defect structure of ultrastrong alloys at plastic deformation with accounting of fluctuations of external tense and distribution of defects. The derived approaches lets to forecast the behavior of the systems which are in the non-equilibrium state. The results can be applied to discover the peculiarities of reconstruction of defect structures at plastic deformation (the creation of twins etc), the reverse effects of polymerization, the self-organization of defect structures.
