For obtaining transparent and electro conductive ZnO:Al films is conducted optimization of the magnetron sputtering technological parameters. On the basis of electrodeposited films is designed the economic technology of the diode n-ZnSe/p-CuInSe2 formation for thin film solar cells. The optimum physical-technological deposition conditions of structurally perfect CGS base "superstrate" solar cells are determined. The lower temperature vacuum technology for CuInSe2 base layers obtaining is designed. For CdTe base solar cells the new physical approach to analysis of photoelectric conversion which founded on numerical modelling efficiency are realised.
