The optimum physical-technological deposition conditions of structurally perfect CGS base "superstrate" solar cells are determined. The lower temperature vacuum technology for CuInSe2 base layers obtaining is designed. For CdTe base solar cells the new physical approach to analysis of photoelectric conversion which founded on numerical modelling efficiency are realised.
