It was revealed, that ZnSe grow epitaxialy on a surface of CuInSe2 layer during condensation in vacuum. The optimal conditions for In2Se3 thin film growth have been determined for the following formation of CuInSe2. The phase and structural transformations in two-layered In2Se3-Cu thin films during annealing in a Se atmosphere as well as growth mechanism of CuInSe2 were determined. The preparation conditions for ZnSe thin film were found.
