The action of the environment is simulated stationary noises with given statistical characteristics. Special attention devotes to study of systems where noises lead to fundamentally new effects - nonequilibrium phase transitions, stochastic transport, etc. Main results of this work is: A general method, that let to reduce study of systems with a several multiplicative white noises to study of systems with one white noise is worked out. Within this framework obtained a set of exact results. An analytical method of investigation nonlinearly dynamic of the charged particles chain in "ratchet"- potentials was developed. The transport phenomena criterion was find and manifestations of dynamical chaos is studied. The theory and numerical method for simulation of the thermal induced relaxation in two-dimensional ensembles of uniaxial nanoparticles, that interact with each other and with external field, is worked out.
