According to the set tasks the mathematical model of multy-layer shells is offered, according to which on a surface of contact it is supposed elastic slide of rigid layers from each other, that allows to take into account influence of defects of structure of a material as sites of niproglue or stratifications. The received theoretical and experimental results prove, that the accepted mathematical model of anisotrophic plates and shells adequately displays such work of designs. The design of combined gas cylinder is developed and the patent for the invention is received. The carried out researches confirm efficiency of the offered variant of a cylinder.
