The purpose of the project is development of theoretical, methodological bases of steady development of components socially - economic systems and the account of ecological restrictions of development of heat energy of Ukraine. The basic scientific results of work: - theoretical and scientifically -methodical approaches concerning an economic estimation of influence of a heat energy complex on an environment are generated; - economic-mathematical models of an estimation and forecasting air protection expenses in power system are offered and their influence on structure and dynamics of the cost price of thermal and electric energy is investigated; -ecology economical restrictions of development of heat energy of Ukraine in conditions of action of the European Convention on transboundary; transferring polluting substances are settled.
