The analysis of problems questions and factors which influence on development of armament and military technique at Ukraine is carried out. Developed methodology of high-quality and quantitative estimation of efficiency of conduct of MTC. Principles and mechanisms of state administration by military-technical collaboration are developed during realization by Ukraine of strategic course on euroatlantic integration. Methodological approach is developed in relation to informative accompaniment of MTC and shown importance of this work assignment for the increase of efficiency of the system of MТС Ukraine on the whole. On the basis of the done research the projects of two important documents are developed in the field of MТС: Strategie of military-technical collaboration of Ukraine in the context of euroatlantic integration; Conception of National system of military-technical collaboration of Ukraine in the context of euroatlantic integration". Concrete directions of achievement and realization of military-technical policy of Ukraine are offered in these documents, directed on achievement of primary objective of military-technical collaboration of Ukraine with other countries of world is providing of high level of technical equipped and military efficiency of Military Powers of Ukraine.
