These major factors define a necessary complex of white pig iron properties such as ИЧХ16НМФТ. The phase and structural transformations, which occur in silicon in an 1000-1200°С interval, render significant influence on formation of final structure, and, accordingly of physical properties. The structural changes are weakened or completely leveled by introduction of alloying elements, which considerably raise energy of internuclear interaction in a silicon lattice, and also by realization the various kinds of thermal processing. This fact needs to be taken into account by manufacture of semi-conductor devices, and also defining temperatures of technological processes in view of phase transformations intervals in silicon, and at an alloying elements choice, which provide the silicon thermal stability. Use the white high-chromium pig iron with the contents of 16-18% chromium and bainite thermal processing will allow reducing expenses to initial materials on 10% at preservation of a wear resistance high level. A elements line are determined, which raise energy of silicon atoms interaction, and it positively influence on thermal stability of products from semi-conductor silicon. The nonbasical charge bearers' life time is increased in 1,5-2 times at low-temperature processing, and in 2-4 times at high-temperature processing of silicon.
