The odjects of the investigations are the varieties of apple-trees Simirenko Renet, Mavka on the qrafts Don 70-49, 54-118 (k), 57-490 with qrafts budding while growing these seedlings on the surface level (control), 10 and 20 cm over the surface. The scheme of planting with the qraft Don 70-49-4,0x1,5m (1667 trees per hectare), with the qraft 54-118 and 57-490-4,0x2,5 m (1000 trees per hectare). The crown has been formed as the up right cord. The aim of the investigations is to explore the influence of the height of grafting over the surface level on the productivity of apple trees. The methods of the investigations are field, laboratory, the method of mathematical statistics. It has been determined that the strongest tress were those qrafted on the surface level.More slowly crowing were the trees with the trees with the height of grafting 20 cm. The tiny graft Don 70-49 withthe height of budding 10 sm over the surface level has given the best yielding for the varieties Mavka 459,5 c/h and Simirenko Renet 384,5 c/h during 2001-2005. The most productive were variety- qraft combinations with the height of budding 10 sm over the surface level. The heighest economic effect (149,0%) was provided by the qraft 54-118 with the budding on the surface level. It is the most profitably to cultivate the fruts of Mavka, Renet Simirenko on the low grouring graft Don 70-49 with the height of budding 10 sm over the surface. It has provided Them quick ripening and high yielding. The results of the complete investigations will be used in horticulture.
