The aim of the work is an investigation of an ability of the obligate aerobic bacteria to anaerobic respiration at the expence of elements with variable oxidation degree and the study of reduction sequences these elements in their simultaneous presents in water by different strains of aerobic bacteria. The methods of the investigations are microbiological and chemical ones. The principal results of the work consist in demonstration of ability of the obligate aerobic bacteria to anaerobic respiration at the expence of elements with variable oxidation degree such as Cr(VI) and Mn(IV). It was stated that by simultaneous presence these elements in water, bacteria use as oxidation first such elements, E0 respirative reactions are higher.
