All of them have their own objectives, investigation techniques and important results obtained. However, all sections are organically unified by subjects of a study. There are thin metal-oxide films with the similar perovskite-type crystal structure as a general target of interests. The first Section is described the structural study performed by HREM and by EBSD as well as a computer modelling of the growth modes of the perovskite-type films and in particular the films of HTS cuprate YBCO. In the second Section important peculiarities of the nondissipative Cooper-pairs supercurrent transport and pinning/depinning Abrikosov vortices in single-crystalline YBCO films with a statistical network of low-angle dislocation sub-boundaries are described. In the third Section of this research work the high-frequency response of Abrikosov vortices upon the high-frequency fields applied is studied by authors experimentally and theoretically in linearand nonlinear regimes with a use of coplanar as well as micro-strip-line resonators (1-5 GHz). Temperature dependencies of the surface impedance for single-crystal YBCO films are also measured at various frequencies (34 - 135 GHz) and in a wide region of temperatures (18 - 95 K) with a use of end-plate cavity resonator technique. In the fourth Section of the work a nature of the phenomenon of so-called "Colossal Magneto-Resistance" (CMR) in thin films with the perovskite-type crystal structure as well as relevant physics and material science problems are studied. It is shown that basically a mechanism of the CMR-effect in manganite films (e.g. in the film La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 where the CMR-effect at 210 K and applied magnetic field 5 T is as high as 450%) is to be bound with a phenomenon of the double Zener exchange.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
