In this research the change of resulted area and physigal and geometrical characteristics of sections under symmetric and asymmetric action of environment is analysed. It is developed the computation technique of compression, eccentrically loaded and flexural homogeneous and non-homogeneous reinforced concrete members taking into consideration of elastic deformations, deformations of creep and the full diagram of concrete. Criteria of exhaustion of beafing ability are offered. Formulas for evaluation of dependable service time are considered. Factors of equations and load members of work method and displacement method are noted taking into consideration of the change of stiffness along cross-sectional height and advancement of front of environment influence along member length.
