The executed analysis has allowed to establish, that specific parameters of power expenses and losses of production considerably decrease in process of increase of cargo capacity of separate refrigerators in the general system. It causes of creation of the general strategy of development of system of storage and to exclude any construction of refrigerators of any capacity. The basic directions of typical design decisions of restoration of objects of system of storage are developed. In which basis necessity of an estimation of influence of the given object on the general parameters of system is put. The most expedient directions of a domestic production of production of ancillary industries (chillers, the heat-change equipment for ammoniac refrigerating mashinaries, ammoniac one- and two-level compressors) which is necessary for restoration and the further functioning of refrigerating objects are determined. System bases of an information databank which will allow to carry out the constant control of parameters of a condition of separate refrigerating objects are created and to supervise their influence on the general parameters of food and power safety of system of storage.
