Article of research is organism fishes, illnesses of fishes, physiology status of fishes, mykroflora of fishes and its biological properties, influencing biologically active preparations on the organism of fishes. Research methods are generally accepted in the fish-farming and ykhtyopatologyy with the use of clinical, pathoanatomical, toxicological, parazytologychnykh, microbiological, virologies, haematological, immunological, biochemical, histological and elektronnomykroskopychnykh researches. Purpose of researches - to set nature of the most widespread illnesses of fishes in the internal reservoirs of Ukraine in modern ecological terms, to develop the safe methods of their prophylaxis early diagnostics and treatment of sick fishes effective ecologically. To learn influence of active preparations new biologically on an organism and patogeny fishes, to develop the methods of their use in the fish-farming.
