So, fluoroprophylactic effect of tooth caries can be observed only at childhood. The use of water, toothpastes and food, containing fluorine should be individually chosen, and prophylactics of caries with fluorine should be held only in complex with the other prophylactic preparations, that influence the microbiocenose of oral cavity, state of salivation and the level of enamel resistance. Two analytical reviews, sent to MHP and the AMS of Ukraine, the principal dentists of the districts of Ukraine, were prepared and published. They are " The main indices of state of dental health service for the population of Ukraine in 2001-2003"; "The analysis of main indices of the work of Medical Establishments and provision of dental health service for the population of Ukraine in 2002-2004".
