The aim of SR was the suggested recommendations on the rational organization of the work and the elaboration of the system of quality control and the use of them in native dental mechanical industry, as well as the elaboration of standards of costs at some stages of these works. The methods of the research were the study of the literary sources, information of the Internet resources and regulatory documents, the analysis of the practice in dental mechanical laboratories. The recommendations on the working out of the systems of quality control and methods engineering were created on the basis of the standard ISO 9001-2001, marketing researches and the analysis of present state and the tendencies of the development of dental mechanical industry in Ukraine. The analysis of the present state and the forecast of the development of dental mechanical industry were carried out on the basis of the practical experience of many dental establishments and private dentists. The standards of the costs at some stages of dental mechanical work were estimated on manufacturing capabilities of the laboratory of material science and test of the articles for dental purposes in the ID of the AMSU. The results of the SR are the following: the suggested recommendations on the elaboration of systems of quality control and the schemes of methods engineering for dental mechanical industry of different organizational patterns and patterns of ownership, the elaboration of standards of costs at the stage of manufacturing of fire-proof models, used for modeling and moulding of present metal frames for clasp and combined dentures. The recommendations can be used by dental mechanical industries, the governing bodies in establishments of practical dentistry and the whole dental industry of Ukraine for the improvement and reformation of its activity, for the substantiation of the creation of new dental mechanical industries with the effective patterns of organization and management. The elaborated standards of costs may be used in the orders of the MH of Ukraine as well as in economic calculations by dental mechanical industries.
