The mathematical model of technological process stamping of shoe materials on press with the linear electromagnetic engine, mathematical models of movement of working bodies base tying of machines with one-step and two step by the gear lever mechanism of their drive is received. The modes of operations п of equipment press with the equipment with linear electromagnetic engines are investigated, are determined optimum. The researches of process stamping of details footwear on the data press in an optimum mode are carried out. The experimental research one-step and two step gear lever mechanisms of a drive forming a loop of bodies is carried out, that has confirmed work capacity and universality of the developed mechanisms. The method for designing press of equipment with equipment with linear electromagnetic engines is developed in view of features of technological operation stamping and universal gear - lever planetary mechanisms of a drive forming a loop of bodies ОВМ. The algorithm and computer program of optimization of parameters of universal gear lever mechanisms of a drive forming a loop of bodies ОВМ is developed.
