The criterion of destruction - average in volume of wear process critical density of a flow of capacity of deformation is found. The developed techniques have enabled to find meanings of the given criterion depending on the electrochemical characteristics of working environment, which considerably raises reliability and accuracy of forecasting of durability of surfaces at friction or microshock loading. The application of electrochemical ways of measurement has permitted also to develop an express train - method of definition of durability of surfaces destruction.
