The expressions for ground-state energy, paramagnet-ferromagnet transition criteria, the magnetization depndence on model parameters have been obtained. The expressions for the Curie temperature and the magnetic susceptibility have been found. For the narrow-band antiferromagnet the transition criteria and Neel temperature have been calculated. New theoretical approaches for the investigations of conductance of narrow-band materials have been formulated; the influence of temperature, pressure, carriere concentration and magnetic field on the conductivity have been studied, the effective mass and conductivity in the non-degenerate and orbitally degenerate models have been calculated; on the base of the formulated theory the experimental data for transition metal compounds have been explained and new narrow-band effects have been predicted.
