Basing on collective data obtained by experiments in vitro and in vivo on an antitumor activity of the method on five transplanted tumors of animals and fore cell cultures, together with toxico-pharmacologic investigations of 5-ALA, the documentation was prepared for presenting to Health Ministry of the Ukraine in order to receive a permit for clinical probation of the method.
