Objective of work - to expose the complexes of factors of functional preparedness of track-and-field disciplines which stipulate efficiency of competition activity. Methods of studies: analysis of scientifically-methodical literature, generalization of practical experience, pedagogical supervisions psykho-fyzyologycal researches, pedagogical tests, stabilography. Obtained results: The study of specific of competition activity in the groups of track-and-field prospects allowed to find out the sides of functional preparedness and separate components of functional possibilities which stipulate efficiency of competition activity. Degree of introduction: research results are lighted up in the lectures at cathedral and Allukrainian conferences, on the international seminar of EAAF, and also found the reflection in the scientific publications.
