These data confirmed by computer modelling methods. It is set that at polyamine-depletion in tumours takes place translocation and uneven increase in cell nuclei of subunits NF-kB (proteins p50 and p65) and it is set, that at polyamine-depletion in tumour the expression of proteins of c-Myc and Bcl-XL goes down considerably (transcription of genes of which is mediated by factor NF-kB). Addition of putrescine removed these effects. Finding testify that activating and functioning of NF-kB-transcription factor in the cells relies on the state of metabolism of polyamines.
