It is proved, that improvement of information supply of state innovational policy in Ukraine requires the accelerated development of methods and means of macroeconomic forecasting, especially middle and long-term ones, with the purpose of advance prediction of periods of aggravation of the crisis situations in economy and society. World experience of optimization of mechanisms of formation of strategic innovational priorities is generalized, recommendations with reference to specific conditions of Ukraine are developed.
