They are based on advanced models and methods of defining the heat, stress-strain and vibration states, and assessing the residual life of rotor and stator elements. The results of applying these technologies during diagnostics of operating turbine sets at the Zaporozhye TPP and Kharkiv cogeneration plant TETz-5 are presented. The technologies can b used for assessing the technical condition of power equipment that has expended its rated life, and making a decision on its further service.
