These schemas included one antibiotic (amoxicillinum or tetracyclinum) or metronidazolum, bismuthi subcitras (gastro-norm), furazolidonum and omeprazolum, with ferment (festal) and procinetic (motilium). Studies showed that complex treatment with metronidazolum was the less effective (50 % of eradicationї), but use of amoxicillinum was effective in 70 % and tetracyclinum in 68,4 % of cases, that stands for HP resistence in elderly patients, first of all to metronidazolum.
