Aim of the study: To estimate consequences of an in uterine irradiation (in view of dozes on bodies and fabrics of a fruit) for health of children and teenagers in the remote terms after Chernobyl accident and to develop actions for his preservation. Methods of researches: clinical, laboratory, tool, statistical. By results of dynamic supervision in view of individual dozes and intra-uterine development age at the moment of radiating influence consequences of an intra-uterine irradiation in the remote period of Chernobyl failure at children and teenagers are appreciated at a sharp irradiation in utero in a range of dozes from 10 up to 376 mSv (I the basic group) and at long action of the radiating factor, switching антенатальный the period, in a range of dozes from 14,1-81,7 mSv on all body and from 0,01 up to 3,34 Gy on a thyroid gland. The chronic somatic pathology arose authentically more often, than in the control, at an irradiation of athyroid gland of a fruit, since a doze is higher 0,36 Gy, and at a doze exceeding 1,0 Gy was registered almost at all children. At an irradiation of a thyroid gland of a fruit about 16 weeks intra-uterine development (an average doze 0,31 Gy) is more often, than in the control, was formed disharmonious type of physical development, and after 16 weeks (an average doze 0,85 Gy) pathological becoming pubertal, increase of the sizes and infringement echostructures a thyroid gland was mainly observed due to elements linear фиброза. Action of medical and biologic risk factors in a combination with radiating in the period органогенеза resulted in formation morphogenetic variants with plural small anomalies of development (SАD). It is established direct correlation communication between quantity SAD and a doze of the general irradiation (r = 0,61) and return - intra-uterine development age of a fruit at the moment of an irradiation (r =-0,53). In the age of 10-13 years features induced cytogenetically effect are revealed on type and a doze of an irradiation of a red bone brain. In 15-17 years cytogenetically the effect was kept in 37,5% of teenagers I and 30,4 % II the basic groups. Various infringements in functioning respiratory, digestive, cardiovascular and immune systems at the persons irradiated in utero are marked. Dependences on a doze and intra-uterine development age of a fruit at the moment of an irradiation it is not established. Consequences of an intra-uterine irradiation in the remote period of failure on ЧАЭС are shown as so-called physiological inferiority and genomic instability. First of them is characterized by infringements of physical development, decrease of stability adverse influences of an environment, deviations in activity of different systems, propensity to multifactorial diseases, the second - formation morphogenetic variants with plural SAD and increase of frequency of chromosomal aberrations in somatic cells.
