The aim of the investigation - substantion of the methods of the economic evaluation of the apples varieties, taking into consideration quality characteristics of the fruit as the factor of influence on the price and computer the price . The system of the economic - statisctic and economic -mathematics methods was used in the process of the investigations. The study of the influence of the properties of fruits on the price of the realization was investigated aimed at the improvement of the methods of the economic appreciation. The was determined, that the fruits of the diametre over 80cm, possessing high flavour properties, attractive, apprearance had the highest price. The main feature influencing the price of the realization is its sizei the increaaze of the diametre for 10 mm provides the growth of the price for 26,4%(average).The formula for the culculation of the income, recieved from the realization of apples taking into concideration their quality properties, was proposed. The coefficients, taking into account flavour terms of the realization, injuring, was proposed for using. The new economic evaluation of the new apples varieties belonging to the selection of the Mlyiv research institute named after Simirenko was introduced. The highest yielding and quality fruits made it possible to get the highest incom per hectare and the level of profit from planting Pepinka Zolotista and Vnuchka, 41,4 and 30,9 thousand of hryvnas and 231,0 and 201,7%correspondently.
