The purpose of operation - development of mathematical models, algorithms and software package for as passive and active monitoring of dynamic systems in geophysical fields with the purpose of detection of dynamic fluctuations of parameters of these fields. A method of testing is mathematical modeling, computer realization of investigated processes, numerical experiment, check of the consent of model with field experiment.As a result of the executed operation the following results are obtained. The mathematical models of active and passive monitoring realized in the hardware complex are created: the system of sensors, interface, computer processing of researches of Earth crust, local geophysical patterns and large manmade objects. The model for data definition of seismic prospecting with adjustable sources is created. In these model there use sub model of signals flows. According to which one sequence of different types of surges, reflected from strata of earth crust, are treated as equilibrium processes "controlled" by two "mechanisms": by casual dot process defining the moment of originating of a moment, and stochastic law of its form change. The model allows constructing statistically optimal algorithms of solution of a number of kinematic and dynamic problems originating at interpretation of seismic prospecting data. The mathematical model of correction of the data, accumulated as a result of experiment taking into account bound with process of accumulation loss of the information is created.
