System of methods for cattle leucosis eradication in unfavorable farms on the base of currently in force instruction and new, submitted to approval, instruction on prophylaxis and eradication of leucosis has been introduced. Methods of leucosis diagnostics were perfected. Dry and liquid stabilized antigens were developed for serological diagnostics of cattle leucosis in reaction of immunodiffusion. Searching investigations on designing of corpuscular and disintegrated allergen for cattle leucosis diagnostics were carried out. There were received 4 patents, changes in 2 TC U were registered. 1 SOU, 3 SSU were developed. Investigations of vaccine effectiveness against cattle leucosis in epizootological experiment and acute commission experiment were finished.
