It was brought out the features of structure changes under stratification and dispersive hardening in Cu-Mo(Cr) condensates. The modes, origin of structure defects and their influence on the properties of condensates were established. The full-scale test of contacts from condensates in low- and high voltage switches were carried out. The features of structure changing in the working layers, corresponding to increased serviceability of contacts from condensates were found. The recommendations, what were concerned with methods of condensates production, of contacts from them and conditions of the most effective application these contacts were developed.
