Aim of work: study of physiology-biochemical mechanisms of organism immunobiological reacturity formation by technogenic looding and design of methods of increase of resistance, adaptative and reproductive abilities of animal organism by action of radioactive irradiation and high level of heavy metals. Methods of investigation and apparatus: physiologic, ecologic, biochemical, clinical, zootechnical; spectrophotometer "СФ-46", chromatograph "Crom-5", atomic-absorbtive spectrophotometer "СП-115". It was established, that addition of zinc, cadmium and selenium salts in diet of cows in 35-45% quantity of diet content change physiology-biochemical status of their organism. In first calf cow increasing level of saturated fatty acids and decreasing level of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Constant sheep management in third zone of area radioactive contamination increase of Hb, erythrocytes, SH-groups, Hp, contents, catalase activity and decrease of vitamins A and C content in blood of dairy ewes. In blood of lambs inerease level of MMM, Hp, phenolglucuronides and their total content, but decrease vitamin A and SH-groups content. Schemes and doses of new biologic active substances additions and methods of animal organism immunobiological reactivity with use of feed additions ("Sel-Plex"+zeolite) and ("I-Sak") in zones of technogenic contamination and perlito-humine additions by radioactive contamination, thet increase safety of livestock, productivity on 10.4-12.7% and reproductivity on 15.1-26.4%, were designed.
