A total of 84 local varieties of the Crimea and 140 varieties of the Balkan Peninsula have been differentiated according to a number of ampelographic characters, and the resulting differentiation confirms the hypothesis about their origins. Accessions maintained in the collection have been systematized on the basis of their geographical and genetic origins. A total of 115 new accessions have been added to the collection. A catalogue of Crimea autochthonous grape varieties has been published. Varieties suitable for cultivation on the South Coast of the Crimea and distinguished for a high introducing capacity have been selected.
