The aim of work performance is the identification of the road sections of accident incidents concentration and the measures development on improvement of the road safety in these areas. Traffic degree of security in these areas with the purpose of its improvement is one of the main tasks of road-maintenance service. The evaluation is necessary for the identification of hazardous sections on the roads and for the measures development on improvement of traffic conditions. The identification of hazardous sections on the roads is realized according to the statistics data of road accident incidents distribution according to the length of the road and by means of methods of theory of probability. In the result of detailed analysis of road conditions and types of accident incidents the cause-consequence connections between them are established.
