Purpose of work - to study the action mechanism of new antimicrobic preparations and to work out the methods of their use in Veterinary Medicine. Research methods - epizootologic, clinical, bacteriological, micotoxical, pathology-anatomical, hematological, biochemical, and electronic-hystological. Results of carried-out researches - it is established that preparations: "Vosurel", "Flavosmolon", "Protephlazid" have antimicrobe, fungistasis properties and affect positively immune and biochemical state of calves and sucking-pigs. Flavonoide glycosides produced by these medicaments are capable of oppression cytoplasmatic enzymes of DNA-polymerase, timidinkinase, reverse transcriptase that result in destruction of microorganisms. The methods of enteral, intravenous and aerosol introduction "Vosurel", "Flavosmolon" and "Protephlazid" to sick animals are also worked out. The authors of these researches obtained 3 patents.
