On the basis of systemic analysis, expert assessments, geoinformation science and mapping, using GIS and presenting spatial information and experimental observations, the data structure for autonomous blocks of ecological -reclamated supply of informational base was worked out, which is depended of its organizational level and purpose; elaborated knowledge base on farming at reclamated lands. Substantiated scientific approaches to formation of organisational structure of decision support system at different levels for solving functional tasks of PIC PAS; the system of complex spatial estimation of lands conditions was created.
