Methodical recommendations on a winter wheat are directed on determination of optimum terms of sowing. They foresee estimation of autumn period of vegetation on the basis of actual and predicted of agrometeorological factors and development of the proper administrative decisions. Methodical recommendations on the regulators of growth of plants engulf basic questions on technologies of their application on leading agricultural cultures.
