During implementation of project was in a theory grounded possibility and quantitative estimation efficiency of superficial is given and at superficial layers of metal which is added to ionic treatment by inert gas. Efficiency of this process was estimated on the change of corrosive properties of the exposed surfaces to the rays. Dependences of corrosion resistance were set low carbon steels from physical properties of the exposed surfaces to the rays at different terms the irradiations. These dependences are fixed in the basis of development practically to a useful new technology of ionic treatment of steel surface. Some formulas which allow estimating influence of the initial state of plasma on the result of cooperation with a metallic surface are offered.
