Aim of work: to determine the cause - consequence bond among pregnant stress and osteopathy development in childbearing age and postreproductive period of their offspring life. Methods of research: pathophysiological, biochemical, radioimmunological, histological. It have been determined that maternal stress on early stages of pregnancy has negative influence on formation and function of endocrine glands and bone tissue state of their offspring, that is: functional tension of hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal axis, decrease of sexual glands activity and reproductive period contraction, insulin synthesis pancreas apparatus activation, increase of iodine hormones and calcitonin synthesis in thyroid glands. There are disturbances of developments and remodeling of bone tissue in offspring of stressed mothers especially under influence of acute stress. Conclusion: stress in pregnancy is a causal factor of osteopathy developmentin offspring. Field of use: endocrinology, children's endocrinology, pediatry.
