In hens with colibacteriosis the strain of intestine bacillus have been extracted, their serologic O-types have been established and the antagonistic effectiveness of subalinum as to the extracted cultures has been defined. The daily prophylactic and medicinal doses of probiotic under conditions of colibacterial infection have been established. In case of its use in the treatment the restoration of the intestine microbiocenosis from the 3rd to the 1st degree of disbacteriosis has been marked and its disintoxic action established.
