The simplified technique for estimating pollutant release from rolling productions according to the emission parameters was developed along with the detailed technique for determining emission parameters of the following departments: pit furnaces of bloomings, heating furnaces of hot rolling small-section and wire shape mills. Specific fuel consumption and emission parameters of pollutants for pit furnaces of bloomings and heating furnaces of small-section and wire mills based on the techniques, in question, were determined.
