The purpose of activity - to develop practical methods of increase of efficiency of a silkworm on the basis of genetic and biophysical methods. Methods of research - genetic (a hybridization, partenocloning, a labeling), biophysical (irradiation by electromagnetic fields (EMF) optical (the laser such as ЛГН-111 (l=633 nm, a power density of 2,5 mW / sm2)) and the microwave - range (the generator of the microwave-field (l=2,29 sm, a power density of 700 мкВт/sm2)), biometric. Obtained results: The challenging effect laser and SHF of irradiation of low intensity on biological and technological parameters of the modern breeds and hybrids of silkworm is established; Conservation of modifying influence of irradiation А1 on the main biological parameters of silkworm breeds during five generations in an event of a sexual reproduction is revealed; The extinction in А5 modifying action of irradiation А1 on biological parameters of parthenocloneis revealed, that allows referring effects of action of irradiation in an event partenocloning to the long-lived updatings; Features of modification changes А3 that allows to refer received{obtained} effects to the long-lived updatings are established{installed}, and their development in А3 to connect with influence of a cytoplasmic inheritance; The role of a ploidy of a genome in reaction to irradiation is revealed and the role of parental genotypes in formation of a degree of changes of parameters А2 after irradiation is determined; Clonal lines of silkworm which have a necessary level parthenogenetic abilities of a silkworm eggs are obtained ( 70 %); The sex-marked at the stage of a silkworm eggs (a marker w2) lines Marked 1 and Marked 2 for which the silkworm eggs with female embryos has normal colour, and male - white are obtained.
