The purpose - creation and assessment of perspective hybrid combinations on basis crossings of the Chinese and Ukrainian genotypes of a silkworm and mulberry, and also obtaining seedlings and saplings of mulberry from hybrid seeds from Chinese introduction with new high-yielding varieties of the Ukrainian selection. Use of a biological material of silkworm and mulberry from China in selection process for create new breeds and varieties is very valuable and perspective from the scientific point of view. The majority introductions from Chinese in conditions of Ukraine are defined by high biological and technological parameters that it is necessary at work on hybridization. Refill of a gene pool of a mulberry tree and a silkworm by Chinese samples is a first step on ways of create combined breeds, varieties and hybrids. During realization silkworm rearing it is always actual there is a problem of protection of a silkworm from different diseases. As a result of screening numerous drugs all kinds, concerning monocultures and associations of causal organisms of bacteriosis, mycosis and nuclear polihedrosis, it is revealed high performance both perspective domestic and import drugs in designed modes of use for disinfection of rooms, equipment and a silkworm eggs.
