Paleontological investigations were performed on the level of phylogenetic relations between certain fossil groups. The estimation of floral diversity, analysis of endemic and relict constituent part of the Carpathian mountain system flora were performed and principal florogenetic regularities were established. The degree of representativeness of Transcarpathian's riverine forests was estimated with the aim of their conservation. The typological approaches of soil differentiation in urbanized and technogenic landscapes were developed. The parameters of structural-spatial diversity of entomologic complexes of ground mesofauna were established. The structural-functional organisation of colonial ornithofauna complexes of the upper-Dnister basin, as well as small rodent's populations in the urbanized ecosystems of Peredcarpattya were determined. The natural-historical analysis of regional Colembola's and Ephemeroptera's fauna was performed.
